the ban is permanent
all that becuase allwayas i get kicked because the punk puster fix
what to do??!!

Punkbuster bans are not usually permanent even if it says they are.

If it was not a punkbuster kick, it would help providing information about the server you were banned from. It's up to the server admins who they will ban and for what reason.

go assist menu and select  "fix pb"
