Na seriously:

Open command window as admin:

type the following lines into it:

netsh int ip reset log.txt

press enter

netsh winsock reset

press enter

Restart your pc and reinstall pb Services.

Maybe that might help

you can also try to completely uninstall pb Services, reboot and reinstall em

You ARE logged in at our end, its just your pc is not getting the message from our server to confirm that, its a network problem like router/firewall or isp routing problems, have you tried running over a vpn?
