yesterday i was playing on AA and didnt play with ack our a shadowbot
but today i loggd in and the told me that i was banned
and the reason thats i have a shadowbot but i dont have it or any other hack software
so what should i do to play again ??

First when doing a ban appeal would be great if you could link your account... I can't find any player named adaM124 as is shows in your profile.

Yes, i'm pretty sure it was only a bug and you weren't in fact using shadowbot...
