Hey guys, good afternoon !
One of my friends asked me to help him with this situation that occured yesterday.
He Bought a Zalman Mouse (Model ZM 300) this week and in the same PC, him and his son use to play America's Army.
I don't know how does it work, but his son configured the Macro on it and the result we all know:
This 3 accounts got Banned for Macro Usage.

Does exist the possibility for him to retrieve this accounts or it will be excluded and he'll need to create a new one ?
Only after one week he can create one ?

It's a one week ban and then he can create a new account. He needs to come here after a week is up and tell us what his new account is so we can activate it.
His old accounts will be permanently banned.
We've been banning for macros for a while now. Ignorance is not an excuse anymore.
