Banned for macro- I bought a razer naga mouse 2 years ago and using the Synapse program which comes with it to map keys and macros for WoW, Runescape and some single player games.. Well i just bought a brand new laptop and when i redownloaded the synapse program and logged into my account it automatically had A profile up that had macros binded too the mouse, which i didnt realize untill i was playing and my buttons were not doing what they were suppose too. I then switch KeyMaps so they were off but i guess it was too late.. I have never used a macro for AA and im sorry for my mistake but it will never happen again.

You will be unbanned next Thursday at which time you can make a new account.

I have too make a new account!!! I respect your decision, but with Synapse you cant even make a macro that would give u any type of advantage..... it only records keystrokes.. i mean i guess to fastswap... but u dont need a macro for that... I know why ppl use them for which i wont say.. but if you know Synapse it will not allow you to do that. its not a third party tool or anything....sorry just frustrated about losing the account completely and having a prior ban label now...

So my HW ban gets uplifted on the 24th, do we think we could do it maybe tomrrow or today -_-... i know it will be super busy on christmas eve and day. and im dying too play.. I Love everyone!!!!

Remember that it's only the HW ban that gets lifted, and only when you create a new account for us to activate.
