 my account macro 2nd offense banned . i didnt use nothing macro

Didn't you think something was wrong the first time you got banned?
You should have looked into it and dealt with your "problem".

This ban is permanent.

You had a warning with your first ban. There's nothing more we can do. You need to move on.
If it truly was your son who implemented the macro, then I am sorry.
However, there is no way for me to know this.

You ban twice because of problems stemming from mouse ,
This does not stem from me , of people that ban unfair for the continuity of this game into my game I think you should open the ban will not solve the problem
