Had him on my server earlier today, seemed like a decent player with a steady aim. Looking up previous battletracker names gives me this account in the history database.

Can any of the more skilled bg checking people confirm whether this is or isn't the same person?
The name Showtime^^ of the history link last appeared on his BT in 2012.

From what I can see he's got the same ISP(Same IP range as those old logs on ACI)
I also get a match on the MAC address(ACI blanks out the last Byte, but the first 5 is a match)
I not sure how we handle bans that is that old, and not from the 25Assist version of the game.

He's been on the watchlist for some time, and so far nothing has showed up ingame.

The story there seems so plausible.
"I was playing and someone was hacking. Then, since I had my own cheat ready for use in the other folder (or w/e), I decided to outcheat him!"
-
He might been playing clean since then?
Was an awful long time since the ban...

He wasn't really playing in such a suspicious manner besides some shots that I would've described as rather lucky until I found out about his history. I'll just keep an eye out for him from now on then. Thanks for the additional info!

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere in these forums that all the ex-cheaters were given a second chance when auth went down and Assist was the only way to play this game (with other people).
