It's a bug, because it's ROE and it shows as + score while it's - score

And im pretty sure since the name 'inteligence' it's a new player. He's been acting very weird on servers, saying things that don't make sense at all etc .. so yes probably bought account (since his ratio is above 2 and he can't get a ratio higher than 0.5)
