can someone please tell me if his other linked accounts have been banned in any way recently ?

Yes it is. He is now banned as was his previous account.

so this account  ready2die  is banned for recent    no recoil ?>  or banned  because his old account ?

Banned for circumventing the ban so because of the old account. It's the same way with all banned players.

He can make an appeal, yes.

However, the chances of him being unbanned are slim at best.
He would need to actually prove he didn't use a cheat. Which he has already admitted he did.

As with all bans (except macro bans), you are banned for life.

a cheat is a cheat , why does it matter  WHAT ONE YOU USE ?

Macros are something that allows you to fire your weapons faster (but not too much faster since the time at which you can fire again is limted) on single fire. Furthemore, you can have a mouse that does 3 clicks instantly and that's something we might pick up as a macro.

EDIT: Killaman gave a better answer on the other thread :)
