I entered that moded nub server and watched idiots killing 1 enemy and counting 100 kills, i left right after, even if he made he's 50 kills in 6 mn in that server it dosnt take the fact that i saw him aimbooted a 12 player team many rounds in a roe, they were both cheating their ass off, everybody in the server saw it, one round i was proned in escort B top floor behing the wall and he headshoted me, how did he managed that? Ricoche on the cieling?

I saw MrEpicGoat yesterday evening on a SWISS server. He knew every enemy position and gave only headshots. I think he used wallhack and aimbot, but I don't have any proof. From my point of view, he isn't clean. Big_Sergio was on the Server too, perhaps he can write something...

You're misinformed. The burden of proof ALWAYS rests on the CLAIM. There are no exceptions, else you are "special pleading."

Undetected cheats are exceptions to me, as their existence can not be proven.
And if the burden of proof still remains on the claim, TBG could at least STFU,
instead of trying to disrupt any attempt of the prosecution to prove the facts

He is simply being skeptical, and with a good reason in case you haven't forgotten the recent ban problem. You shouldn't pigeonhole him for being skeptical, especially when no evidence is provided. They would want to know where the proof is. How do they know you're being fair and not just mad that someone killed you?
