Didn't think of that but, in your posts, you mentioned canceling the subscription. Fact is, you have UnrealBot on your computer. That's proof enough that at one time you paid for it. Who pays for something like that without intending to use it?

I find that hard to believe. I'm betting you paid for it around the middle of June and only bought 1 month. The posts where you said you'd pay more for ESP, that was probably about a week out from the end of your subscription. I'd also bet that you've been 'clean' for 2 months. Am I right?

sorry spanky much as i hate cheating scum bags, if he only had it on his computer and not using it and hasn't been extracted, and to i'm understanding assist is dectecting unreal when in use, then i disagree why should he be ban then, regardless he's on cheat site and bought it but hasn't use it , from what i'm reading, am i missing something banning him just cause he regestred on the site??
i'm not defending his actions in no way, but if not using then shouldn't be ban, unlike some 1 we all know

If i was running unrealbot id be banned from assist. Id be a aao 2.5 subscriber on unrealbot to even be able to use the hack. I have programs and shit on my computer that i dont use. Im just lazy.

Yea, I hacked last night. 1 round and I told people I was testing. It was the first time in many years and I was genuinely testing something. Jonny and Possessed know about it. My hacking to gain an advantage over other people is long in the past. I'm not a problem for the game, I'm not ruining the game, I'm not creating unfair situations for other players. Bit of a difference there.

Didn't think to put him there. Frankly, at least 80% of bans aren't there. That was more used just for the mass-banning we did a few weeks back.

Wish I could tell ya. I'd love to provide proof but unfortunately, it would give insight into how Assist's Anti-Cheat works and that would make it vulnerable to be bypassed or worked around. I don't know for sure that he's been clean for 2 months, it's just an educated guess.

I wasn't ruining the game by hacking either. All im saying is if your going to ban just say you are banning on speculation and leave it at that.

It's not the action of consumption or the action of selling, it's possession. Believe me, I'd like to ban for guess work but amongst us admins, we need to be able to show each other proof and if one of us disagrees, we gotta back it up.

While I like to believe people are good and honest, there's a lot that aren't. You could easily lie. You also haven't yet admitted to it or confirmed any of my suspicions.

Computer files don't have dust :) Bats have legitimate uses, hacks don't. Your analogy falls apart.

Minus the dust part it was spot on. I could say anyone could download the hack. Why would i redownload a hack that i havent even used lol. Come on. I would have to be a paying sub to even use shit like that which clearly anyone can see im not. The problem was it was on my computer. Ok, I dont see that as a bannable offense but you see it as intent so its gone. Whats the problem?

Hate to break it to you but just because you claim to have deleted the file, that doesn't get you unbanned. Zero tolerance policy means your ban is permanent.

IN RESPONSE TO ALL OF YOUR STATEMENTS THAT EVERYONE IS LISTENING TO... DARKJELLO AND STATIC WERE PB KICKING PIT-23, THEY DID IT ONCE I TOLD THEM TO STOP.. PIT CAME BACK IN AND THEY STARTED IT AGAIN AND KICKED HIM AGAIN, AFTER I SAID STOP, (EVEN SAID IT POLITELY WITH A PLS AND TY). AS I WAS GOING THROUGH THE COMMAND POST TO KICK THEM BOTH FROM THE SERVER, SINCE THEY DID NOT WANT TO LISTEN. DARKJELLO AND STATIC BOTH LEFT MY SERVER..DARKJELLO WAS SAYING PIT23 HAD AN AIMBOT, I SAW NOTHING WRONG WITH HIS GAME PLAY. THAT IS AS FAR AS IT WENT BEFORE IT CAME TO THE FORUMS, BUT AS WE ALL FOUND OUT TODAY, DARKJELLO WAS THE ONE W/ THE HACKS, OR SO CALLED SUBSCRIPTIONS TO HACKS. IF THERE ARE ANY OTHER QUESTIONS, COMMENTS, CONCERNS FEEL FREE TO SPEAK W/ ME THROUGH OUR TS.

hacks on someones cpu for this game is enough evidence for a ban. back in the day (and prob the same now), it didnt matter if u got caught actually using the hack in game. if a hack was ANYWHERE on your cpu, that was good enough for a ban. So even if u did not use it ingame, doesn't matter it's still bannable

If Assist detected a hack on his pc, it's legitimate ban. Simple as it is.
There is no single reason to have a hack for AA on your pc, except for trying it out, why else would you download a hack?
"I accidently clicked on a link where I had to pay to get more money since I won the australian lottery and all of a sudden I got this program called unrealbot installed" is NOT a valid excuse.
Having smth on this pc means you deliberately searched for it, (paid for it), downloaded it. There is no excuse to do that unless you are in the anti-cheat team.
So Darkjello, maybe if you want to defend yourself, explain WHY it was on your pc, DID you use it? Or did you just download it because it's fun to download random stuff?
As you can see there is no good response on these questions because there is no legit reason to have it on your pc.

I can't say as I agree with this ban, as I have trolled the unreal website off and on over last few years trying to see what's going on there and try to stir the pot when possible, and they speak about private forums for subscribers only and their hack only working for subscribers, therefore I believe the hack is worthless without the subscription. But at the same time do you remember mastamatt from when we were in CIA clan Rapture? He openly admitted to another clan member buying the hack because he was sick of hacks kicking his ass and never installed it but in the end we ended up banning him because he wouldn't fess up to the rest of us and admit buying it and kept playing he said, she said word games and not for using it. It all came down to credibility and inability to believe him after not being truthfull to the rest of the clan for what he had done. I understand the Assist admins have to draw the line somewhere, yet at the same time another well known player here that had used hacks was given the green light to come back to the game on his word that he wouldn't use them anymore. That being said I can see this being a very touchy deal for all people involed.
