Perfect aim, and when i spectate a player that gets killed by him,
i hear no shots or bullets at all... only a weird "wshhh" dry sound.

You need to post the link to his tracker instead of the search query. The search ID doesn't give us the search parameters (at least I can't read them from that anyway).

Was this a every round occurrence? I don't know why but have had the rpk and ar both go spastic on me before and empty a full mag in literally three or four seconds and make almost no sound at all. Has happened maybe six or seven times since I have been playing 2.5.

With no recoil and no fire sound... it's just a glitch that happens every now and then... For me it's rather annoying as I don't even know I'm shooting ...

That player isn't cheating... i think but, he does offend everyone on servers, try to impersonate them, etc etc...
