I knew it sounded familiar... Why didn't his UUID that he used when requesting activation trigger a flag... I gotta investigate this.

I think I see the problem. I must have overlooked logins done from his computer. I was only seeing violations and activation requests thus I was only seeing the ynet account.
To fix my mistake, I've moved your account back into the refused list.
