Because wee need more than a list of good sessions and people saying so to ban someone. The last time we banned a hacker due to visual proof there was outrage.

do you not understand that just because you come here and say someone is hacking does not mean they are going to get banned. Do you know how many people would be playing this game if thats how the system worked? My guess is not very many.

My advice is to quit coming here to whine and complain when someone does really good and try and get them banned. It's not how things work so quit wasting your time. Sac up and get a few kills and quit the wining. It's a game for christ sake.
