Probably you've been masturbating too much on your own battletracker profile so now you have to wait :)

Joke, seriously I have no idea. I would say wait abit and see if it solves itself. You don't need BT "urgently" do you?

Try pinging it through cmd:
In windows 7 - press windows button and search for cmd.exe then  run it and type
'ping battletracker.com'
if that doesn't work, try
'ping 87.230.61.216' (which is what it tells me their IP should be)

You can also try tracing the route (in cmd)
'tracert battletracker.com' to see where the problem might be.

Reset your router. It will fix it. Or modem. There are spywares which blockes out the pages you visit the most, so for you polishmoms.org and tracker, dl malwarebytes and do a full scan in safe mode, worth a shot if the router resetting don't do it.

Reset and still dont work

Run a trace route please as teddy mentioned, open command prompt and do:

tracert battletracker.com and hit enter, once done show us the results. Then we can tell if you are getting blocked upstream or directly from their web server.

Your route to the web server is fine, looks like your IP Address is directly blocked from their web server, here is a traceroute from our Chicago network to them with no issues:

You get dropped right after hop 13 showing that you are blocked directly from the web server. You will want to find a way to possibly contact their web master.

switch off your router for at least 24 hours. then you should have a new ip from your internet provider.
and you are sure you did not use this ip twice somewhere you shouldn't?

Restart the router does not help, I have a static IP, even if the Reset, the IP will not change me

I wrote at the outset that I have internet housing estate - all my estate has the same IP as me. I asked them if they did not work well and BT wrote to me that there ...

had just tried to enter the BT and worked :) Thanks everyone for your help, I do not know what caused it :)
