I have completed all 3 levels (basic,airborn,medic) but cannot do the "sniper" & "SF" training.
Any help?

I have been found the problem - honor 15 at least required.

That is for passing the basic combat test not actually unlocking the sniper training.

No. To pass the basic marksmanship training you need, as the instructor tells you, 23 out of 40 targets.
If you get 36 or more out of 40, you qualify as a marksman.
