Title: My friends keep getting banned for spam

I am trying to have all my friends setup their accounts so that we can all play with each other. But, so far 2 of them have been banned by a spam bot. We really don't understand why they're getting banned. Its frustrating.

Game accounts must be registered at: http://battletracker.com (http://battletracker.com), Login on 25Assist using there Username and Password. We cannot Recover lost Battletracker accounts, but we can Restore your Honor level into a new account if you provide the info and proof of your old account, like screenshots, videos and link to the lost account.

Can You provide their Emails and Usernames they used to register HERE at aao25.com?
I can look if they have been banned by the Spam bot and lift the ban HERE.

When they did account registration they submitted it and got banned immediately

I removed their bans and whitelisted their IP addresses, ask them to try again.
