Title: multiple account problem

hello everyone,

I'm new to assist, yet when I register and attempt to activate an account it prompts me saying i have multiple accounts. Can anyone help me with how to properly register or fix this annoying problem (considering ive only created one account this shouldnt happen), thank you.

My account name is "beans.ca" I am trying to activate, sorry :o
