We're e-mailing you to let you know that your America's Army 2.5 Assist account is pending activation. When this happens, it means something caused our system to mark your account for manual activation by an admin. This is usually caused by another account being detected. To prevent abuse, we currently only allow 1 account per computer. The only thing you can do right now is wait. An admin will look at your account and make a decision soon. When that happens, you will receive another e-mail. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

It was not my intention to create 2 accounts, but like 7/8 years ago when i played AA2.5 i had two accounts. I would like to play the old AA2.5. Could someone help me? Or tell me when i can play this game? Im so excited that i can play this game. Sorry for my bad English.

If you haven't used any of linked accounts during Assists lifetime & you can't login to email(s) you used to create your old accounts, there shouldn't be a problem in having new one. If you have access to your email that you used before I think you can reset your password in Battletracker. If this is not an option you simply have to wait admins to check into your situation.

I suppose your real problem is that you logged in to your account (http://battletracker.com/playerstats/aao/626831/) today, changed it's name to something that doesn't work ingame and then tried to create a new account.
Like the email you got said, we allow one account per PC, you will have to stick to the one you have got:

Your new account will not be activated.
As for the name change, since we don't control battletracker.com and the accounts are their accounts, we can't bypass the 24h wait - even an admin has had to wait it. So you'll need to wait the 24 hours and then change your name to something suitable.
The wiki has lists for approved characters (http://aao25.com/wiki/index.php?title=Approved_Characters_in_AA_Playername) and disallowed characters (http://aao25.com/wiki/index.php?title=Disallowed_Characters_in_AA_Playername) in one's playername if you're still wondering.
