I try to send messages but says i'm not logged in.

Have you tried restarting the client and subsequently trying again?

Of course. Also tried another pc.

I've seen you in game multiple times, so not sure whether the issue is intermittent or when it happens.

Generally, this issue comes up when you've logged into the client with a different IP compared to what it is later. So if you have a dynamic IP that keeps changing, this could be the cause. For instance, I see this when I've been logged in overnight.

Since this is clearly only happening sometimes, please provide some more details.
When does this happens? When does it not (clearly it doesn't happen always)? Is there any clear distinctions between the two scenarios?

It actually always is an issue for me to use the Shoutbox. Now when seeing i can do it on the website here, i just did it that way, but have never been able to from the aao app.

When I have an IP issue, I close the app and then re-open it. Same issue though.

I can't vote on the app either
