I recently downloaded 25assist I fully downloaded it but now whenever i try to log in i get a message that pops up saying "account log in OK, you will now be asked to set an aao player name"... so i click set and it brings me to the log in screen i click log in and i get a pop up battletracker playername change when i go to type in a name anything even gibberish it wont let me click change or even cancel i also get the warning sound from my computer when i press it so i have to exit out of assist please help... i bet its simple fix but I've looked through many pages on your forums

Your Battletracker.com account needs to have an AAO - PlayerName added to it.
Log in to battletracker.com using your account information.
Go to http://battletracker.com/index.php?form=TrackerSettings (http://battletracker.com/index.php?form=TrackerSettings)
Enter your in game name under "AAO - PlayerName"
Start Assist and log in.

I've already set my aao name at assist...ive changed it twice now just trying to fix it but i keep getting the pop up when i log in

I can assure you, if you have made a battletracker account with a proper AAO - PlayerName, you definitely haven't logged into Assist with it.
If you have an AAO - Playername, post a link to your AA account, such as this one:

You get it by logging in to battletracer.com and then pressing the "Stats" button.
Make a screenshot of the error you're getting when logging in to Assist.
