Title: Can't log in to Assist

Hello everyone,

I got problem with login in to assist. Password and login are correct but the message I'm receiving every time is they are incorect.
Account was being activated today. I can log in to forum.
Need Your help.

The forums account is separate from the 25Assist in game account. See the links under "Assist Account" at the top of the page for 25Assist accounts.

Understood, but trying to register assist accont I'm receiving messages:
E-Mail, UserName, AA2 In-Game Name - are already taken...

Should I use another data to register? Too many names & passwords :)

P.S.
I have changed everything except email, but without result.

You have registered an account under your name. The login name and the in game name are both "odball". So use that along with your password to log in to 25Assist.

That's what I'm trying to do without luck every time.

I guess something else is a problem.

Perhaps you just forgot your password and need to reset it (https://auth.aa25.org/passreset/)?

Nothing has changed on our side. Other people are successfully logging in. Last successful login from a new user was 7h ago. Before that we had 2 yesterday. Everything is running as expected on our side.

Understood. No idea what's going on. Pass is correct, not forgotten.
I'm able to login on forum, but not in the assist (using the same data).
VPN is not used by me.

Any remedy?

I don't see an account with the name 'odball'. Are you sure you've signed up for an Assist account here (https://auth.aa25.org/register/)? This is different from your forum account.

Thanks for response.
As I said, I tried to register using forum login and pass.
All I got every time following all instructions is:
email, user name , etc...... is already taken.

There's certainly an account with that name. ID is 884473. But it's not been activated or logged in to 25Assist.

Have you tried just resetting (https://auth.aa25.org/passreset/)? your password and using a new one?
