Account activation problem

Hi. I am getting the message "The 2.5Assist admin team have refused to activate this account. Most likely you already have an account. We no longer allow people to create multiple accounts.".
However this is my first and only account. I did have a friend who already has one help me make my account.

At the time you requested the activation, your friend was probably visiting you and he played on your computer with his account.

Looking into it reveals he wasn't at that computer for too long and returned to his own computer, so I've activated your account.
