The account was rejected more than a year and a half ago.
The reason is that we maintain a one account per PC rule and the activation was requested on your computer.

i just used an old account that was denied a long time ago since my email was still good. just trying to figure out here what i need to do to make him an account on here do i can down load it to his pc while im here visiting

I would be more comfortable you requesting activation on a new account. Wouldn't like to undo someone's work ages ago.
