Title: "Refused to activate this account"

Hello,

I created a new account recently because I don't have access to my old e-mail anymore and don't remember my old username. So everytime I try to connect it says that it refused to activate my account.
Can you activate my new account?

The account you signed on the bottom was refused around 3 years ago.

I don't have access to the accout you linked anymore, can't recover password and email is broken.
