I hawe same problem.

resolution 1366 x 768 and 1280 x 768

second monitor = same

Settings/Video/SAI size= lower it/reduce it for smaller map or you can disable it. 

SAI size dont work lol  I tray disable it didint work :(

What i can doo ??
