MacBook Problem
« on: Monday, November 19, 2018, 17:48:21 PM »
When I play AA on my MacBook, the mouse will sometimes "catch" if that makes sense. Even though I am moving my mouse, the cursor won't move and will instead just vibrate. It happens whether I'm pointing a cursor or moving the crosshairs. Any idea what could be causing this? It doesn't happen with any other game.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I fixed it and HOW I fixed it.

MacBooks allow a mouse polling rate of 125 Hz. I use a Razer Death Adder gaming mouse. Gaming mice typically have a polling rate much higher than 125 Hz, and using a mouse that has a polling rate higher than the computer's allowed polling rate can create instances in which the cursor  becomes "stuck" while playing certain games. I had to download my mouse's software (Razer Synapse 2.0) in order to change the mouse's polling rate to 125 Hz from 1000 Hz. Now, the cursor works flawlessly.

That's it! Hope this helps.
