Title: Locked FPS with windows 10

Hey there, I recently got windows 10 on my system, and I noticed my FPS wont go above 30, at all.
Is that normal for windows 10?

No its not normal. Do you have good graphic drivers installed? I play nowadays on windows 10 and my fps is mostly 50-90. I got good graphic driver already with windows 10 installation. Depends also on your cpu and gfx card how the fps is.

I'm certain I have the new driver installed, as I updated after 10 was installed.
I have a 760 with a FX8150.

Do you have gfx driver for exactly that gfx card that you have, or windows default? Sometimes you need to install for example ATI driver or intel or geforce whatever, separately. Also try to pull your aa gfx settings down, if you have them set high. Try medium settings instead. And uncheck some things if it would help.

Tell me about your computer specs, like cpu, ram and gfx card.
