1. do you have the lib folder and assist folder at the same place. it has to be, otherwise errors like
this.
2. if you do have them at the same folder, just try a reset&repair at the assist install tab.
3. good luck

Did that mate, the point is that PG has done exactly the same if launched off Steam, if i launch it via .exe it runs fine.

did you have all actual patches from Microsoft installed, also the latest driver for your video card?

if so done, you may check your system/registry by running a program like

Glary Utilities 3
http://www.filepuma.com/download_glary_utilities_254/ (http://www.filepuma.com/download_glary_utilities_254/)

free software and really good. you can run it.

and I did see the shoutbox.

you may run "dxdiag". it will show you all information about your dx drivers. and btw directx11 is ok.

Thx to the help Merlin, ill try that tool out. Btw when i try the dx web installer it errors me out aswell. I think the entire problem hides within my DirectX itself, i have a professional pc for 3D modeling and im afraid i did something with it. I guess ill try completely removing that thing and reinstall it again

Fixed the cursed thing, deleted the Version entry in the registry and made a new one from scratch. Problem solved :D.
Thx Merlin and see ya!
