Opppsss, you need to get the link with the number in it not "MyPlayerStats"

All valid accounts should be activated.

If you have a problem, post your ingame name or battletracker ID and I can take a look.

If it is, then you need to add tour America's Army 2 - > AAO - PlayerName under My Profile -> Tracker Settings at battletracker.
