Activation

Yesterday I made an account, but when I try to install the game, it says my account still needs to be activated by a 2.5Assist admin.
When is this going to happen?

What kind of computer do you have? I'll manually activate your account but your computer was flagged for having multiple accounts.

Maybe because I tried the linux version first, but it didn't even launch so... I don't understand but thank you for activating my account =)

There's an issue where the same hardware ID is assigned to multiple computers. We think it might have something to do with how manufacturers create computers in batches. Your particular ID shows a dozen or two accounts from all over the world so obviously something is funky there :)

I don't see any data from you using a Linux OS but that wouldn't have had an effect anyway.

I'm using WINE to play, I don't know why it wouldn't run in linux but i'm glad it works in wine, thank you very much for your help :)

Hmmmm, interesting. Linux should work but it's more of a pain in the ass to setup I think. Anyway, less chat, more game!
