Why in sf hospital is it saying mission complet after one kill?

Why in sf hospital is it saying mission complet after one kill?
if you kill VIP then Ambush wins, VIP is the objective. Also if you forceclass VIP the round will end after someone dies.

And another please how do i open all slots. I used to see that cant see it in this version?

Poor wicked so full of hate. It will eat you up son and one day you will see it. Hope its before its to late. See unlike you Ronski looks a little deeper. as do most staff. Thats why I am still here and they enjoy helping me. :)

Open sliots are still possible, though it will not change the fact that a player must be VIP on this iteration of the map. On 2.8.5 you had different Hospital maps which had different objectives, not here though.

You set it up at server .ini file, if I remember right it's openslots=1
After .ini edit you need to restart your server
