Accessed none is normal, it's from the PB messages. Auth Retry is not normal, it can't communicate with the auth server for some reason.

Its a modem and router together , i can understand way a change off ports will solf the isue.
1720 , 2900,2711,  its all about accept the port numbers   
I will if i have time look into Streets router if ther is a change in firewall ore in forwarding >> UDP
Meaby a restart of the software in the modem ??
He already restarded  the modem and the computer . look like no results.

vanoke, sometimes other software is using a port which you may use for aa2 - then it can make this happen.
did to me, why not to you

if you are familar with configuring the ports, then just make a test with 2716, 3716. you can not loose, only win.

it must be a port problem vanoke.
while server starts, you can see port testing - ok.
but this means nothing. i did have this too, only chaning the ports did help at my end.
maybe an other program is disturbing your connection.

Problem solft  If you go into Modem you can go to section wireless / radio/ ther you can change to control channel from 1 / 9  . you can Scan Wireless APs than you can see Nearby wireless Access points. You see   RSSI  and the channels from nearby connaction and i did change that to a better connaction we can chose between 1 , 6 , 11 what i did heard.

So after that you get a software reset and on that point de modem did go in the gateway in options to " WAN Blocking  Enable " after i dit puth it out the server maps did work.

 It did has to do whit what you say ip not reading.
