Honor Claim.
« on: Thursday, December 17, 2015, 04:33:27 AM »
Hi i have finally forgotten my Battletracker password after many years on this account and have no access to old back up email address. https://battletracker.com/playerstats/aao/726346/%5Bw%5D.Chils/
So i can not join to play.
I started a new account  https://battletracker.com/index.php?page=AAOPlayerStats&pid=840461 Which was previously denied as not allowed two accounts.
Anychance you could accept this new account and restore my honor  (and possibly stats lol ) to this new account.
Missing the game and going nutts please help :).

He said he doesn't have access to the email, then the forgot password doesn't help.

I see you last logged in to Assist yesterday at 2am, did you forget the password during the time between now and then?

No i changed my password a month or so ago because i didnt want my son to play on my account.
From then on it was auto filled in the assist start up, until last time i logged in/or tried to it was a fresh assist (maybe update).
Plus i have tried to log into battletracker since changing the PW without success.

The accounts still belong to battletracker, we can't (and wouldn't even if we could) edit them.

It's the honor of old account which he can't use anymore even if he remembered suddenly it's password ( I assume ). So honor can be changed by Assist admins but other data is up to Battletracker.

That's correct, Scorpy. However, we can and do edit the honor per request and proof of ownership.
