Title: Unreal Engine 3 SDK Free

Apparently Epic released UE3 for free. Everything seems to be included but if your going to sell the games then you pay a $99 royalty fee and give them 25% of everything you make after $5000.

Okay, well I'll let you guys decide what to do.

what if you give the games away for free? do you still have to pay them?

this is cool, but the time and effort of starting from nothing, you need a good team of people to make anything worth while
