Cant join [ Servers Hosted by Vortex company ]

I cant join UK servers that hosted by Vortex company , or maybe i just cant join some of the UK servers..

i have X ping near it .. what i have to do?

Interesting, what IP Address are you trying to connect from? No one else is reporting any issues.

Also if you could provide us with a traceroute to the server so we can see where your packets are being dropped that would help wonders :)

I tried to restart the router but still..
my ip : 79.182.112.65
to ew clan servers,they are hosted by UK but not by vortex i can join fine.
but vortex servers not!

We will need a traceroute or a MTR to the AA server's IP in order to determine if this is an issue inside our network or before it hits our edge routers.

I can see it going through to the server with no real issues other then a blimp on Level3's end.

Please PM me your IP Address that you are sending this from so I can do a reverse and see if the results are the same.

I am glad to hear it is working now for you. I ran a reverse trace and am not seeing any issues as well at the moment.

Next time this issue occurs please try and grab a traceroute.

By the way, if we assume he posts under the same IP that he's computer is, you can see his IP on the forums as an admin on the bottom right corner of his posts :)
